Members of Creek Dwellers Movement ( aka Okun Boys Movement) CDM, have launched tirade against the Itsekiri Grassroots Coalition, IGC, saying the Dr. Edema Collins Oritsetimeyin led IGC, lacks the locus to speak on behalf of Itsekiri Nation.
The IGC, had in its 5th Congress held in Warri, Delta State, Friday April 17, stated that the Senator Representing Delta South in the National Assembly, Joel - Onowakpo Thomas and the member representing Warri Federal Constituency, Chief ( Dr. ) Thomas Ereyitomi, had failed in their legislative responsibilities.
Coordinator of Creek Dwellers Movement, Atoto Timeyin Louis, whilst reacting to the position of IGC, as it relates to Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, described members of IGC as jobbers, trying to cajole their gullible followers and extort money from ignorant Itsekiris in the Diaspora.
According to Atoto, members of IGC, should speak for themselves, " because they haven't contributed anything to the development of Itsekiri Nation.
" They ( members of IGC) don't have the locus to speak for Itsekiri, they should speak for themselves or come to the ring. None of them, have contributed one thing positive to Itsekir.
" Chief Thomas Ereyitomi's scorecard will be adequately communicated to Warri Federal Constituents, once electioneering campaigns commence," he stressed.
